It’s crazy how quickly a place can feel
like home.
Gone four days and once back again, I feel en casa.
My dolphin blanket, mosquito net, and yoga mat
greeted me
The chitter chatter of my host family, soccer ball
bouncing on driveway cement, cars whirring by,
these melodies are my life beneath the Guatemalan sky.
